Managers signing sons

I read an article this morning that Gus Poyet wants to sign his son Diego and it made me think. Is it a good thing signing your son for a team as there has been loads over the years and even at Roots Hall. Do you think it unsettles the dressing room? Causes problems with other egos at the club? Does it also put the manager in a dilemma to play his son?

Also can we name most of the managers that signed their sons?

Here's a few to start:

David Webb signed Danny
Paul Sturrock signed Blair
Alex Ferguson signed Darren
Gordon Strachan signed Gavin
Harry Redknapp signed Jamie

Colin and Andy Todd
Brian and Nigel Clough
Steve and Alex Bruce

Some of these came through the youth ranks of course, but the point remains...

Didn't Roberto Mancini sign his son to the Man City youth team?

Cesare Maldini consistently picked his useless son Paolo when in charge of the Italian national team.

I believe Mark Cooper played briefly for his Dad Terry
Bob and David Jack in SUFCs early days
Cameron Belford is playing for his Dad at Tamworth
George Eastham and his son played in the same team in ireland as well as snr being the Manager
