Deserves more than a spot in ex-Shrimpers where I guess people look once in a blue moon.
 
One of football's great characters and by all accounts, a cracking coach to boot (but our '84 team was a challenge too far). It must have been fun being a Palace player in the mid-70s with 'Big Mal' ensuring that Fiona Richmond was welcome in the bubble bath. I hope that the 'Football Focus' team have assembled a good tribute today.

RIP Big Mal and your wicked fedora. :thumbsup:
