London Soccer Night was terrible last night.

Stayed up past midnight to watch our goals v Yeovil only for them not to show any weekend action whatsoever...!!

It is the worst football show ever!

Their Southend news was Tilly might take on Rio in table tennis, and that was it!!

Dear Sirs/Madam,

I am writing to complain about the London Soccer Night. After watching it last season, I have tried to watch it again this season but I am not going to bother. Last season they showed the League 1 and 2 goals, but why not this seasons? One mention about Southend United last night, some completely useless news about our manager playing table tennis with Rio Ferdiand...

We are on a 12 match unbeaten run, but this was not mentioned, although, you do have a round up of Premier$hite news, which can be found out from every different media source in Britain. What is the Pundit v Presenter feature about? I don't really think anyone cares about it although I am not saying it's a bad move. This used to be the peoples source of information about our club who live further away and cannot get to as many matches, but now I know that people do not bother to watch it.

Why has the format been changed since last season? I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

I agree it's cr*p, I don't bother taping it anymore. Last season at least it showed all the week's goals from League One and Two and it even had the odd interview with members of squads. This season it's rubbish. I just watch the Championship to see the goals.

Are we being a bit unfair here ? We complain that the Echo , A South East Essex paper, has too much coverage of West Ham, a London team. Yet when a London TV station doesn't show enough Southend we also complain .......

Indeed, and while Southend may or may not be strictly Anglia, it definitely is NOT in London!! Anglia is the correct region for Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding area.

Ok. So do we need to move the aerial around to get Anglia, if you dont have a box eg Telewest or Sky can this still be done?

yes. i have cable and get meridian soccer night at 11.00, london soccer night at 11.30 and anglia soccer night at 12.00

Should be able to. trying to remember back a good few years but i think the london signal always used to be stronger as we are closer to it than the Anglia transmitter, so the aerial fitters used to tune them in to london.

Not trying to sound silly but have you tried re tuning one of the unused channels to see if you can pick up Anglia ? (Best to do this when the adverts are on, a lot of the programmes are the same but the Ads are different so you will be able to spot an different channel)

Did you watch it last season? No, well then you might not know what we are talking about. Also...

Anglia <----- You are right, Southend is in East Anglia. Well done!
