Makes you realise how many players these big clubs have stockpiled. I sit opposite a Scouser, massive Liverpool fan, and he's never even heard of this kid.

What sort of CB is he? A thou-shall-not-pass blood and guts type, or a more cultured sort? Or - preferably - both?

A bit of both. If we can snap him up at the end of the season, it would be a great bit of business.

Good on the deck, comfortable with the ball at his feet, solid in the air, seemed nippy. Looked liked a real talent based on 90 mins.

Looked very good,easy too see early on that he had a bit of extra class about him

Class apart I thought. Within 15 minutes you could see he had class. Great that we have him until the end of the season as well.

That it would, but from the little I have seen of him (one game) I doubt we could afford him, and without getting promoted, why would he want to sign permanently?

You say that but e is age 20 and that was his first ever league start. No-one in the top two divisions would look at him I would suggest so if we can make him feel at home you never know.
