Well as we are, to date, the seventh best team in the division I do not see it as surprise that we have no player selected.

Who will make a move for the likes of Vaughn or Ched Evans?
I think it unlikely that those two will want to be in Div 2, or struggling against the drop for another season.

I have seen no central defender as good as Anton this season; and few strikers who have the goals, assists and work rate of Cox. Maybe they were close to making it?

If this is the same list from a couple of weeks ago, then the Oldham keeper was selected, which seems fair.
The rest, except Vaughan, were probably based on the success of the side.
I think it highlights that we have a team, rather than a sum of parts.

Just seen the team selected and it doesn't include the Oldham keeper, so that must be a different list.
What it does include is the Sheffield United keeper, which is difficult to understand, given they've shipped plenty of goals this season. More than Oldham, for a start!
