Layer road is falling down.....

I hear that the small bit of Cuckoo Farm that will be needed to house all the Col Ewe fans is not likely to be ready for the kick off for the new season, anybody else heard that ?? Rumour has it Portman Road is being earmarked for the first 6-8 weeks of the fixtures.

Brilliant news if true. Let's hope we get them away within that first 6-8 weeks of fixtures if true. We ought to get an allocation of something like 3/4 of the ground which should be just about enough :D

At least the journey will be a familiar one for them.

Not sure where you heard that from, but at present that is news to me and I am one of the Surveyors working on the stadium!

I dont know why everyone is so harsh to Col U, i mean it isnt their fault:

- They have got past it/s**t players
- They have got crap support
- They have got a "new" stadium which holds a whole 10,000
- They are skint
- They have got a player in Duguid who is pure "scum"

I mean I can think of worse clubs......actually no i cant!

Some staff at Portman Road have been warned to expect extra footballing dates in the first to months of the season due to Cuckoo Farm not being completed.

This is quite common. Football Clubs will often be asked to make contingency plans in case there are any issues with issue of practical completion and/or safety certificate.

i dont know why they dont arrange a match against us, we'll nock it down for free.................not much effort needed i must say.
