The loan window is shut. The term emergency means loans outside of the main transfer windows. And to be fair, whoever gave it that name had never worked in a hospital

And to be even fairer, it was terminology used to appease the demigods at UEFA/FIFA who didn't want loans at all. They seem to have cottoned on and things could change next year.
