Last night on BBC One

Did anyone else watch the programme on BBC One last night about a young girl called Beckie who died at just SIXTEEN of cancer? What makes it worse is that just a couple of years before she had a kid!!

That girl was pretty amazing - she never seemed to be showing the fact that she was probably really frightened knowing she was dying - even though, towards the end she got worse very quick.

It makes you wonder why young people like that have to go through so much crap when there are rapsists, murderers etc leading a normal healthy life.

Personally, I don't believe in God, but if there's anyone on here who does, doesn't it make you wonder?

That really is shocking, and to me it made me quite sad, to know people as young as me have died of that dreaded disease, made me feel lucky to be alive. I hope her daughter has a goodlife growing up knowing her mothers watching down on her

I can';t get over how brave she was - if I was in her position I wouldn't have known what to do. All she thought about was her daughter and making sure everything was in place for her.

Seeing her get ill so quickly in those videos was hard to watch so cannot imagnie what it must have been like for her family...

Diesease's arnt judgmental , neither good nor evil . They just are , everyone gets the same as Neil Gaiman once wrote . "Not matter how long or short you get, everyone gets a lifetime"

Its what is done in those moments of your heartbeats that define your life and how many remember you . Murders rapist robberts etc , could live to 100 years but their informey is fleeting , the bravery of that young women(and those like her) will live on in the haerts of all that hear of her and more will inspire them.

As true as that is, I can't see that's gonna make things any easier for her family and I just cannot imagine how she felt when she saw her daughter for the last time...knowing it would be the last time too!
