6.45pm still in Liverpool Street after hour delay, eventually chug out and with car at Ipswich go through Colchester at 5 mins to kick off to Suffolk, dump of by necessity some stuff in office at 8.15, change out of whistle, pelt down A12, Bramble scores on slip road in to Colchester, park at grunters pub near ground after shameless posing as Col Ewe fan (tried to look sheepish), in at Half Time, no food so extra time not what was looking for, penalties....oh sh*te....5-3, yes, bounce up and down (preferred the old boards to the concrete for this), back to car and home to Suffolk.
