Lark or Owl?

Lark, no surprise there. I have a feeling I am probably an extreme lark to be honest but am sleeping a lot better at the moment due to amitryp!

Lark. Being on shift work for the past 20 years has more or less caused this. 4.30am starts to the day so when the weekend comes around the old body clock says wakey wakey no later than 6am. Even when I'm on lates and get home at 10.30pm I'm usually up by 6.30/7am

Owl out of preference.

However, I'm currently doing phsyio 3 times a week starting at 8am and have a morning class three times a week, starting at 9.30 am.

Looks like someone might want an 8am start with me on the only other two mornings I have available too.:omg:

Night owl but due to shift work I'm probably both. Have read somewhere it's something about what time of day (or night) you are born - no doubt cobblers.

Lark. Up at 5.30 every day, weekend about 6.

I find a 15 minute doze between getting home from work and waiting for dinner to be ready helps me stay awake later.
