As some one posted in a previous thread the kit for saturday will be the same design as the home/away shirt but its red with white trim. Just see them lined up ready to be named and numbered for Saturday in the club shop.

I wondeer what we can't just wear navy blue, who makes the decisions on this?

If it's for commercial reasons then fine, but I recall Hartlepool wearing blue and white against us last year and there is certainly no clash.

That's a good point. Also, didn't QPR wear their home kit against us in the LDV thrashing three seasons ago?

Does it not depend on if the referee's judgement as to whether or not there is a clash or not? Remember Barnet away last year when we were asked to wear Barnet's orange socks as our white ones clashed with Barnet's black/white ones?

I'd say the club are just being conservative in that we might need to play in all red if the navy kit is deemed to clash, no way we could get away with the white one or any variant on that theme (e.g. Home shirt, away shorts etc). I also still don't believe the red one will never be commercially available, Xmas is coming & all that!
