Kids For A Quid

Didnt we do this for our first round game against Rochdale?

The FA are giving funding to Blackburn, Sunderland, Plymouth, Huddersfield, Bolton and Wolves so they can do Kids For A Quid

FA

Yep I believe we did. I certainly paid £17 for me and the two kiddies for one of the cup games so presume it would have been that one. The JPT was free for kids I believe.

Not sure it was Rochdale unless they have done it twice. I wasnt at the Rochdale game but was at a kids for a quid match this season.

Wouldnt kids for a quid have to be on a Saturday as opposed to an evening game though with school the next day but could be wroth while for the Daggers game.

This has really annoyed me.

On the one hand the FA stipulate minimum charges, meaning that we have to pay at least £15 when maybe (?) the club would have only charged £10, and on the other hand the FA are subsidising clubs (Sunderland, Blackburn) that could quite easily make this concession themselves.

If they are stipulating minimum charges how did we have a kid for a quid day against Rochdale ?

Im confused....

As Barwick said, a really good geographical spread for their subsidies! Nothing between Plymouth and Wolverhampton. Those people at the FA are useless on all counts; not just geography.

I think that you have made a slight typing error in the word "counts" and also the words "on all" needn't feature
