I saw both but I preferred Keith Allen's more aggressive confrontational version, exactly what was required with this bunch of idiots. Louis Theroux is wet as ****....
 
Ah, but he winkles far more out of his subjects than most due to his faux-friendly approach.

There's no point screaming and shouting and these religious loonies, you might as well scream at a brick wall.

i don't know about that, i think Theroux got a bit more out of them, especially with the eldest daughter at the end. Apart from the illegitimate child thing (which Allen didn't argue properly anyway), i didn't learn anything i hadn't already got from the Theroux show. Although to be fair, Allen's attempt was very entertaining post-pub viewing.

All about opinions I guess but I came away from this one a bit more satisfied that he'd at least ruffled them whereas Theroux played his usual little boy lost routine which I find both patronising to the viewer and completely disingenuous. Keith Allen made no bones about his life, what he'd done and what he thought of them and their twisted "religion" (if you can call it that.) The "you're obsessed with anal sex" (too much information) scene was hilarious....:hilarious:
