In fairness, in August 2004 we didn't look like we'd be anywhere else other than the bottom... remember we took an age to get scoring goals and were bottom of the league after a few games - then Adam Barrett was tholy one who could score until the end of September! (more or less)

His assessment wasn't that unrealistic at that time - and I think its harsh in the extreme to call him a 'tw*t'...

Personally I don't think anyone can judge after 2 games where anyone will be, so regardless of what we looked like against them it was a stupid thing to say.

And I hope the munching later on will be a huge slice of humble pie after the words will have been first rammed down his throat before he has had a chance to chew.

him , his players and everyone else concerned with that tin pot club were an absolute disgrace today ! (except asamoah) alexander spent the whole game whinging at everyone, when he took asamoah off he got even more upset because we questioned why the only footballer in there side who wanted to pass and not foul was coming off ! oh poor asamoah do you really want to play like that every week !! lincoln that is not football that is orrible kick and run garabage !! oh and a message to the lincoln directors i upset TOUGH GET OVER IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why did he sign Asamoah? He's tiny and they just play long ball football

Their players were a disgrace today and the ref fell for it, their lanky defence bullied Eastwood, Gray and Bentley for the whole game but astonishingly they only got 2 bookings and they were both from the penalty incident.
