James Staines Memorial Bench.1990-2006 RIP

We are trying with his friends to erect a Bench For his 10th year anniversary at the Roadside where we lay flowers by the tree every year down Royal Artillery Way,Southend Essex. This was where he had his fatal crash on his Scooter. All the signs that someone had him off and left the seen.We are trying to get Bench erected on time for the 16th August 2016 anniversary.
James used to come to watch Southend Utd all the time with me as you know.
The cost is £1300.00.
