Quick question... All of my iPhone apps have synced to my iPad. If I delete them on the iPad, will it remove them from iTunes / my iPhone? Can't stand the way iPhone apps appear on the iPad.

MC i dont have an ipad but im pretty sure you can manually sync the iphone so i would imagine make sure you set the ipad to manual when you connect to your PC, then sync what you want from itunes to your iphone and your ipad rather than syncing everything? So in answer to your question by deleting the apps on your ipas wont delete then from itunes.
 
Are you not best creating another iPad specific account on your computer and syncing to that?
That's what I've done to differentiate between my old iPod & my iPhone.
