I love our Blue Boys.

Still not paid yet they come out after a bad run of results and a 94th minute loser against Norwich and show pride, bottle and commitment and a willingness to wear the shirt of Southend.

That is what you want as a supporter!

When you turn up as a fan you want to see 100% effort from your team. To coin a phrase which doesn't quite ring true "They earned their money" out there last night and they should hold their heads high.

One win and I think we could have a little 4/5 unbeaten run.

I will always be happy whether we lose or win aslong as we give 100 percent. I cannot say we have given this all season and if we're honest it's truth whether it's do with not getting paid or whatever we'll never no. But last night I was pleased to see such effort and guts out there no complaints from me. Just shame another ref has been conned

I'm loving the solidarity as well. Football is too hysterical these days and too popular with people who haven't got the faintest idea how it works. It makes my heart glow to see that everyone's behind Tilson and behind the players. That's what it's all about.

Before the MK Dons game I think the majority had written off our chances of getting anything from those 3 games, I for one was expecting a bit of a spanking up at Norwich but we lead for the vast majority and we took a killer blow at the death after giving everything, I didn't think we could do the same 4 days later, but we did just that, I couldn't fault any Southend player out there last night.

If we can run the tops sides in this division that close and put in those sort of performances until the end of the season, we'll still be in this league come August.

I was so proud of both the fans and players last night. I would have been easy after Norwich for the team to come out and feel sorry for themselves. The fans, well. I sat in block V and the drum/constant singing was brilliant. So well done to everyone who got involved.

Cheated out of a game by Nicky Bailey, we still gave it our all. I think we will stay up, but whether we do or not is regardless for me, Southend are my team and I'll be there no matter what league we're in.

Was proud to be a shrimper last night, and what I loved was the passion from our goal, half of block V had bundled over to the wall in block W and we outsang a rather quite 2200 odd charlton away support.

Another thing I noticed was Macca's kick the ball away and while walking towards the west, he shrugged his shoulders as if to say "We couldn't give anymore", I assume he didn't include laurent in that mix though.
