The system is brand new - this is the first fixture it’s being used for. It’s been in a few weeks. Are you getting to it by going to the OS and following the menus to ‘online tickets’, last option on the tickets menu?
Might be a cache issue but I doubt it. If all else fails clearing your cache files on whatever device you’re using is worth a try.
