HT - Coaches

I've had this guy since I started and am blaming him for my inability to get promoted V. I have no real players with any leadership skill or experience so will have to recruit externally. I have £1 million in the bank but was saving this for when I switch to PM training from Defence. Although I should get a couple of mill when I sell my surplus Def Trainees so I'm not short of a few bob.

What level coach should I go for? What's everyone else got?

I would just get yourself a solid coach with poor leadership for now then buy a player with inadequate/passable XP and solid leadership and get his XP ready to convert in the future.
