You will have to have a foreign bank account in order to to watch the match live and sign up to ifollow (which you can do on the OS).Otherwise sign up via a VPN.

Correct. If you are overseas, you can watch the game via iFollow and don't need to mess about with VPNs, foreign credit cards, etc.
Did it once myself - turned down an evening in the pub with colleagues to watch Rochdale 0-0 Southend in a Malmo hotel. I know how to live.
