Anyone know why I am unable to purchase tickets in the front two rows of the East Stand?

A little help please, if someone can point me in the right direction......
I have a season ticket in the West, I bought it in support of COSU, due to distance and other commitments I will only be able to attend a few home games this season.
Is there " a pot" where I can put my ticket in, allowing the club to re-sell it if demand is there?
A triple whammy,
someone gets to see the game at match price,
the club gets an additional sale and
I feel that I've done the right thing
