Indeed it's great work by the groundstaff team & a contrast to Cull whose manager part blamed their pitch on BBC Essex for yesterday's defeat. That obviously didn't help him much as they sacked him a few minutes later.

My younger son pointed out Noor Husin's movement for his goal. He starts off in the 6yrd box and drifts out. I'm not sure why, but it is interesting.

That's what makes him a goalscorer instead of a striker. He's not hanging around the edge of the box for a return ball, but getting in the danger area ready to finish off a cross.

Although he is only a youngster, I hope his movement is being highlighted to the limited numbers of strikers in our squad.

He is going to hurt a number of defences in this division.

There are only three clubs with a better goal difference than us, I bet when he leaves there'll be none!

Proper midfield play. If you can see it's not going to come to you in the box, you move out to where you think the ball will be. Excellent reading of the game.

Yes, you're right. His marker doesn't go with him and then heads it to him.
