Never started one of these before, its so exciting......

Hopeful of another good away performance and a good result, although Hereford have been on a little run picking up 7 points from 3. Hopefully that good form can't continue for them.

Is Hills still injured?

If so I would play

Belford
Clohessy Phillips Barker Prosser
Hall Sawyer Timlin Martin
Harris Benyon

Subs - Ferdinand, Sturrock, Gilbert, plus 2 others

If Hills is fit, I would keep Prosser in the middle and leave Barker on the bench.

I think Sturrock though will play Ferdinand instead of Sawyer though.

Can't see him leaving out Chris Barker even if Prosser did do reasonably well against Accrington. It was unfortunate that Luke's header lead to their first goal but at least he made up for it by scoring later in the game.

I'm hoping Hills will be fit coz against Crawley he seemed to want to pass the ball out of defence and was unlucky with a few attempts at link up play with Martin. As time goes on and against weaker sides than Crawley this could give us real balance as Clohessy and Hall have a similar understanding on the right hand side.

A game we should win but wouldn't be surprised if it proves tricky. On the first day of the season we only just beat them 1-0 and they've been buoyed of late with I think three good results. It seems the new manager Richard O'kelly has had a good effect on them.

Hills said on Saturday that he would be fit and has been trainign this week so expect him to be straight back in.

On that basis my team would be

Belford
Clohessy, phillips, prosser, hills
hall, timlin, grant, martin
harris, benyon

bench - gilbert, barker, flood, kane, sawyer

Prosser deserves to keep place and also hall after his impact last week. would be shame if sawyer didnt get another start but cant see him and timlin both in the middle. would love to see martin and hall both start, but if either doesnt then that would leave door open for sawyer. Benyon, who despite only scoring once really excites me and offers a lot more than just goals. hopefully the goal and new baby will boost hsi confidence.

2-0 hall and benyon UTB

Granty is banned for 2 games!

My choice would be;
Belford
Clohessey Phillips Barker Hills

Hall Ferdinand Timlin Martin

Samson Harris

Subs; Prosser Sawyer Sturrock Dailly Benyon

Belford
Clohessy Phillips Barker Hills
Hall Dailly Timlin Martin
Benyon Harris

subs: Prosser, Ferdinand, Sawyer, Sturrock, Sampson/Crawford

Just a gut feeling...

3-1 Hereford.

Won all the last (is it) 10 games against them - that can't continue. They've got a new manager, won their last two or three games, and despite the spin of three unbeaten it is only 1 win in 5. A certain Hereford victory then.

In their program last season the chairman's write up was essentially 'we are playing above ourselves every moment we spend in the football league'. Not word for word obviously but the vibe seemed to be along those lines. Unsettle them and they'll roll over...........maybe.

I think Dailly will play instead of Grant, he has played there before I believe in the holding mid role. Barker will come back, Hills to left back. Harsh on Prosser but at least he has shown he is a good squad player. Up front Harris and Benyon I imagine with Sampson injured. This means getting the ball on the deck is imperative. Midfield for me would be Hall, Dailly, Timlin and Martin.

Our record is impeccable against Hereford but I can see this being quite a tricky game, theyve got some decent loanees.
