HELP

McScriven

The Ball Boy
Staff Xmas bash last night, Mr McScriv's head is pounding and I need to get in tip top shape for Spurs tonight.

Need some cures for a hangover, already polished off a MaccyD's Sausage and Egg McMuffin and drunk about 2ltr's of water but it hasn't helped.

I open the floor to SZ for suggestions?

I hope the players weren't there.....

Get some original Lucozade Dave.....Does it for me everytime...

Good Luck......

Hopefully, the bash was paid out of personal rather than club funds. We need the money for the January transfer window.

If the club paid for the 'do' I will be incandescent with rage about you guzzling club funds to the point where you are now worse for wear. If that is the case, serves you right.

You're doing the right things Dave. Keep at it.

In a similar position two weeks ago, asking the very same question, water and "stodge" proved to be the only answer. Take in a pint an hour from here on in and double-up with a triple layered Burger King effort at lunch-time. Some Vitamin C might be a useful addition too.

You'll be fine!

Yeah, making a surprise appearence so I can 'do' Berbatov and stop Lee Turner running away with the Club's Fantasy League title.

Good shout with the McD's brekkie.
I'd now nip out & get a huge bar of chocolate, a can of (non-diet) coke, cherry if you can get it and a bottle of powerade or lucozade sport!
Sort you right out, keep drinking water too!
Right as rain by 2pm!

Got to drive to Spurs at 3pm so I'm hoping I'm well over it by then. I'm ****ing like a race horse with all this water though.

i normally find that a *big* (i.e. about a pint) glass of orange juice is great for clearing up and remaining grogginess early afternoon.

pie and chips from the Fish House and a full fat Coke should sort you out David

That's not a bad shout Lee, with 12 o'clock rapdily approaching I think that will be my poison.

I always find plenty of toast helps, and a couple of good downloads...

About time you got a call up Dave. I'm going to get your name printed on the back of my shirt. Except I'm coming straight from work, so I'll have to get your name printed on the back of my suit.

Don't ask me mate. I'm so hungover that I can barely see. I've dragged myself to the settee and picked up the laptop, but that's as far as my day goes for the next four hours.

If they're going to cancel this game, can they cancel now so I can go back to be bed ?
