Help please

Could anyone tell me whats wrong or if its the same for everyone? Whenever I try to hear the Radio interviews I get a message telling me about no pathway found by windows media player...Since they have changed the format I have not heard a single one.

if you PM the exact text of the error message I will see if i can work out why it has gone wrong. Also supply details of which version of Media Player you are using - Start Media Player -> Select Help on tool bar -> About Media Player

im getting the same fault. blues world used to work for me before they refurbished it. im looking into it

just downloaded the latests version of media player, version 10 and it now works fine

Thanks Alex and others. Just downloaded version 10 and as suggested the problem has been resolved. Listened to some interviews. Had not missed much!

Dont you love companies that force you to upgrade your software when you do not really need to. It is just out of laziness that they have not made the streams backward compatible.

Any decent site developer would ensure that all content would be compatible at least one version back to the current version
