She has had more newspaper inches than anyone surely so is just up there.

For what its worth she is gorgeous, just a shame about the accent and the tattoos...

altho Cheryl being at number 1 speaks far more for her celebrity status than her looks, the fact that Keeley, Frankee Sandford, Una Healy, Kelly Brook, Kaya Scoladero and Abbey Clancy have made the top 20 restores my faith a little. Tulisa is also in the top 20, not so sure about that, top 50 perhaps. Most annoying is how that ugly bird from Twilight has made it in there.
