I think the pitch will be relaid in the summer, as it is most years. Not so sure on the rest and why have you started your OP with the TZ sign???!

Having said that, 2018 is undoubtedly a big year for Ron and I do wish him every success both for his, and our benefit.

Exactly, look at Orient when their crazy Italian billionaire took over. They thought they had hit the jackpot, now they have just gone into complete free fall and don't look like coming back anytime soon.
