Hangovers and jogging don't mix

Thought I'd better warn people before someone else tries it. Think I was still a bit drunk when I left and it seemed like a good idea but by the Casino, virtually wretching over the side oft he yacht club fence, I was near enough sober as a judge.

I blame those SZFC bureaucrats. At least the sun's out. Rain would have really been taking the ****!
