Was interested to hear in his radio interview that he is again talking about having a small squad ( no ref to blame this week of course ) presumably as we have now sold or sent out on loan several lightweights .
If Tilly was allowed to make some better offers we might have a few decent players to choose from rather than lots of players who struggle at League 1 level
