Gridlet, Payne, Selley, Barness, Angell

sanchosser

Youth Team
Watched Gridlet and Payne play for the "Celebrity Football XI" the other day against Charlton old boys at Tunbridge Wells. Never realised the team played every week around the country -- for charidee. In case you're wondering, the other "celebs" included Luther Blisset and Bobby Taylor up front, and Jeff Brazier and Iwan Thomas.

Selley and Barness have joined Lewes FC in the Conference South.

Useless Angell trivia from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jan_Aage_Fjortoft:

In a recent interview, Jan named Brett Angell as the player he most admires.

HAHA! Celeb Jeff Brazier, he is the biggest **** alive next to Callum Best.

I liked Ian Selley fantastic player, who did he leave us for?

I followed the link and saw Brettie's profile which starts as follows

Brett Ashley Mark Angell (born August 20, 1968 in Marlborough, Wiltshire) is an English association football coach, who is currently unemployed. If Teddy can still turn out games d'ya think Brett would fancy a comeback ? :D

Grrrrrrrrr, on the subject of Wiki what winker has put Steve Wignall down as our Manager ?

Wonder how long this will last in retaliation ?

Colchester United are perhaps most famous for being sheep-shagging inbreds
