Greens are on the march

Indeed she is the future. Caroline Lucas is a fantastic politician and she stands up for what she believes in.

Nick Griffin stands up for what he believes in,would you consider him to be the future of British politics as well? Lucas would have us back in the Stone Age if she and The Greens ever got any real power. She's an extremist and just leans the opposite way to Griffin.

Good heavens no. You may call her an 'extremist' but she at least she cares passionately about equality and the environment, rather than fascism and a removal of civil rights. She is a decent, honest politician unlike those you see in Westminster.

And I don't think it's fair at all to say that the Greens are as extreme as the BNP. UKIP arguably, but not the BNP loonies.

For protesting about fracking for god's sake, you're acting like she's some kind of terrorist. And at least she's not a lying, expenses-cheating bigot like, say, Farage...

:whistling:

Now why would you single out Farage I wonder when there are so many other politicians you could have chosen. Like most of the front bench and also those who sit opposite for instance.

Absolutely. I only chose Farage as he likes to claim that he's different to the others and tries to give himself the image of a decent, honest chap 'like us', but he's a public school boy that's no different to the rest. If you actually want something different then Green's your best bet.

Thanks but I have no intention of moving back into a cave.

Any party that gains traction will soon find itself being taken over by upper middle class elites with a sense of entitlement.

That Cameron and Milliband think they have the skills and experience to run a country is quite sickening considering they have barely done a days work outside Westminster.

Arrogant men willing to comprises whatever morals they posses in their pursuit of power and status.

I am considering seizing Essex and running it as a benign dictatorship from my mobile command unit (VW Touran)
