Pete, I know we still have another game left before the season finishes and we still have the play-offs to come but I think you deserve a great big pat on the back for doing this PL throughout this season.
I for one have enjoyed predicting on here (albeit not very good I might add) and I know organising this and working out points etc can be time consuming but, you do it every week without fail.

You are all more than welcome, I thoroughly enjoy, it and hope you all do as well. Cricko deserves some of the praise, there I was mind my own business at a home match about 15 months ago, when up comes Cricko with "I've got a little job for you!". Napster was also there and John chucked in "and you can help him". Now Paul's got a busy life, young family, business travel etc whereas my family doesn't need much looking after and I can give it the time it needs. It suits me down to the ground I love figures and spread sheets and the way I run it has to be a one-man show (no-one understands it!). Errors are bound to occur but in fairness nor that many and can soon be rectified.

I'm sure Harry would have approved and I like to think he is upstairs predicting every week!

More importantly I like to think that the SZ Prediction League is cut above others, with over 40 regular punters and all the various competitions involved it makes Shrimperzone and Southend United superior to it's rivals

So I would like to give thanks to all take part and make the Shrimperzone Prediction something really special.

PS I would also like to thank my wife for her patience and her assistance in the cup draws.

It's a great comp which gives a bit of competition to us all, get's us interested in other scores and it's like our own little community within SZ (but not a clique). I appreciate all that goes into it as I imagine everyone else does

I'd echo the thanks, great bit of extra entertainment on matchdays and nights. Does sometimes create a little conflict of interest, OF COURSE I wanted us to score again on Saturday but there again my match prediction was 1-1! :smile:
