Goal celebration at Oldham

Apologies if anyone else has covered this anywhere, but I haven't seen it if so. In Barrett's Banter in yesterday's Echo he explains what the goal celebration was all about, and has a good word for the fans as well:

"I've been asked quite a few times about our goal celebration at Oldham Athletic on Saturday. For those of you who didn't see it, we all got in a circle before falling to the floor, and it was actually a dig at Anthony Grant.

He has been getting plenty of stick for the way he went down against Leicester City the week before. And this was just another way of continuing the joke. Sadly he didn't get to see it because he was talking to the bench (:stunned:) but we certainly enjoyed it and so did the fans.

They were fantastic on the day, just like they have been all season, and it was great to see them all dancing around the stand and in fancy dress.

It was a good result too as Oldham is never an easy place to go, and hopefully we can now finish off the season with a good result at home to Cheltenham Town this weekend."
