Hmmm....yes, no mention of him in the Echo's match intro bit either to give any clue. Is the club big enough for both Gilbert and Mohsni?

Gilbert isn't the best, but we seem to have more shape at the back when he plays ahead of prosser. If he is on his way then I hope we have plans for a replacement or for barker to switch across with a new centre half signing

I don`t like Prosser either and I think good as he is Barker is just too slow for left back - so a new LB is needed - I`m sure Luggy has someone in mind

think it was great news that gilbert wasnt involved as prosser showed him how a left back should perform, done well and won plenty of headers in second half.

I thought Prosser did really well at the start of the season and showed his potential but for me yesterday was not one of his better performances.

What annoys me though is there are always those guys in the crowd that can't wait for him, Blair or more recently Dickinson to do something wrong. I'm not saying people aren't entitled to their opinions but its the way these people seem to take joy from one of OUR players playing badly just to be proven right in their opinion. Think about it morons! If you actually shouted some words of encouragement rather than abuse then they might actually start to pick up their game and up their performance. Shouting "You're **** Prosser. Get him off Sturrock" is achieving nothing.

Im not a fan of Gilbert but he is better than Prosser at left back. As said previously we need a new left back. Pref someone who has the composure to try to keep the ball on the floor when in possession

Probably more that there isnt really a need for a spare left back on the bench. Barker, Hall and Timlin can all play left back. If I recall he wasnt on the bench much earlier in the season when Prosser was Luggys first choice.

Indeed, and the reverse was true when Gilbert replaced Prosser earlier in the season.

Could our so-called fans finally have hounded him out of this football club? Maybe Northampton have put in a bid? Perhaps they have shown interest and although he was a PS favourite, we have given him the option of going back to a club where he has always been liked as opposed to us where he appears to be disliked and on the end of frequent abuse?

I agree, I don't personally think either are good enough. We have been graced by some very good left backs in recent years but at the moment this is a posistion we really need to strengthen.

I'm sure you're right.Prosser can head the ball but that's about it.He's no left back that's for sure.

i've heard there's a young lad johnny herd plays left back, got a good throw on him as well (TONGUE IN CHEEK FELLAS HONEST)
