Getting Tickets for Sold Out Gigs

Jedi Shrimper

Anyone know any good websites for finding tickets for sold out concerts? Esp. ones where you're not likely to get ripped off?

I've found one called Viagogo that has tickets for the show I want (Bright Eyes @ Royal Albert Hall), has anyone used them before? are they reliable?

Cheers, Drastic.

Hi Drastic,

I've used them before for Them Crooked Vultures tickets. They were expensive but the tickets came through fine and had no problems using them at the venue.

Good luck.

Thanks chaps, had a look at sites like viagogo / seatwave which are just a bit too pricey for me at the moment.

I did find a couple of websites, that aren't rip offs, where you can swap tickets, Buy & sell at reasonable prices, but of course there weren't any tickets for the show I want.

www.swapmyticket.co.uk

www.scarletmist.co.uk

and also a website called www.beatthetouts.com which shows how many tickets various ticket agencies have. Although I did find some of the figures weren't up to date.

Keep an eye on the event page on last.fm, a lot of people sell spare tickets on there
