Free transfer from Manchester City, why on gods earth did they let this guy go? He has pure football brilliance and can score some cracking goals.

The Arsenal one was a cracker but then he goes and tops it off by scoring a screamer against Tottenham today. Hull are one hell of a side. Just feel a little sorry for the guy who helped get them there Dean Windass.

You'll see why they let him go as winter sets in. He did this for Manchester City last year, then faded away like the summer.

He's a talented player, but he's got no balls. Hopefully Phil Brown can keep him ticking over, because it's wonderful having Hull up there ruining everybody else's fun, but it can't last.

Well SWP and Robinho are both better than him and both can play wide right.

His done fantastic so far and his goals vs Fulham, Arsenal and Spurs will be up there for goal of the season but as mentioned he started off this well at Man City scoring against Man Utd as well.

Don't think you'll see Geovanni score a tap in. Brilliant strike against Spurs, Couldnt of got it any closer to the top corner.

Do feel a bit sorry for Windass aswell, Craig Fagan said on Soccer AM on Saturday that apparently Blackpool made a move to get him on loan but he'll never leave Hull.

As much as its good to see a side go up and upset the status quo I detest Hull so hopefully they will crash and burn soon.

To be fair, from memory, he didn't keep this going for as long as he has done this time around. I actually thought we'd seen the last of him when Brown dropped him post-Wigan but it's been a fantastic return to the gamble.

Personally, I'd say this is very, very contentious if you're comparing them when at the top of their game.

Robinho and SWP were not at Man City when they released Giovani

To be fair, geovanni wasnt given a fair crack of the whip under sven at city, scored cooly on his debut v w ham 1st game of the season, followed soon after by the deflected winner v man yoo,but drifted out of favour over the following games and rarely featured thereafter. Should have been given more opportunities i feel, especially as city's season drastically tailed off after their magical start, but as pointed out,SWP and robinho are better all round players.

Thats true, but I think the right decision was made by City when you have SWP and Robinho who can both play wide right now. Both, in my opinion, are better players that Geovanni.

My signing of the season (in the Prem, otherwise it would be Dougie of course) is "the lad" Amr Zaki who is now at Wigan. He's only on loan right now but I can't see him not being snapped up after six goals in his first nine appearances.
