GHG, can I just clear something up?
I did not start this thread to be smug.
I thought I had a valid point to make to another posters comment in the thread that eventually saw GB earn his temporary ban.

Also, I would also like to distance myself from the generalisation that the "call each other by their proper names" clique are all lefty liberals who despise racism. I have a number of political and religious views which I don't really ever choose to publicise on here. I think you know where I'm coming from as we've agreed on certain topics in the past.

My perspective may not be the same as that of the likes of AS or MK but it still doesn't stop us having a great deal in common e.g. SUFC, music (other than fecking Snow Patrol), films, things like that!

Couldn't agree with you more there GlasgowSUFC, I have my views on politics I studyed it as part of my course at college for 3 years and I have some very strong views. But I as a person come onto a football site feel it is not right for my views to be posted on here. Political debates on places like this normally end up in trouble and there is alot of it going on at the moment.

Why would with neg rep you Jonny you have made an extremely valid point. Look at the Shrimpers Chit-Chat room its dead! We have nothing to moan about nothing to bitch about. Bring back Matt Harrold at least then it will stop all the rubbish. But lets face it we have the jan transfer window coming up and Mildenhall back in goal (return of the Wiggster) so this will all die down a little.

You have the wrong end of the stick I am afraid Glasgow as I wasn't making reference to what you originally posted. I made comment about the 'Deep Breath' comment under your post and the lapse, almost smug manner of it's meaning. It gave me the impression of 'Mission completed, aren't we all clever' and for want of a better phrase, it ****ed me off. I have no beef with anything you have posted recently or indeed ever but I do feel that there has been a witch hunt here. It's happened before and I have no doubt it will happen again.
