I am caught in many minds about whether to buy an XBOX or PS3 or just stick with the Wii and get more games for it.

I thought ill seek the advice of such esteemed people and see what you lot think. What do you have and what do you think is best?

I am heading towards getting a XBOX atm as i think they are quite good value for money compared to the PS3 - i know that came out more recently.

We invested in a Wii last month, it's the way forward. Brilliant fun for all ages.

Strongly advise you to get one.

I would say it depends on the games you'll be wanting to play, some are only available or are better on one or the other, so suggest you do some research first.

I'm deliberating this myself. I'm torn between the PS3 and the XBOX 360. Gotta admit i quite fancy the XBOX but i also would like the ability to watch Blu Ray HD Dvds.

Games are the key i think. GTA4 and Call of Duty are what i feel is going sway me to the XBOX. I love the WII but feel its more of a party thing rather than on your own.

For me it depends what you want. The xbox is currently better in my opinion, as a games console that is. If you want a console that will be more reliable then the 360 (although they have a good replacement service unsurprisingly Microsoft) then I'd go for PS3. Well I did want reliability so I did go for a PS3. Also, if you want a blueray player obviously the PS3 is the nuts. But if you just want a simple games console, not worried about it breaking down now and then, just for fun, then go Xbox.

I have a PS3, and I have a mate who has a PS3 and a xbox 360. My mate says the PS3 is better and I say the PS3 is better, but at the end of the day, it's your desision, not anyone else's.

I have had all 3, ps3 is good gameplay on par with xbox, but xbox is the daddy as far as game titles and online play go, go with xbox, graphics wise the machines are same really.

Wii is just great fun, hence i have xbox 360 and wii in my life:)
