And also I see Grant Holt is on his way out for 200k.. A leaner, more mobile version of Jon Parkin. Would be worth putting in a 250k bid. A good player that could do well in this league with a good run in the team.

yeah exactly.. having quite a few teams interested is good for us in terms of the money we could get. however the distraction for both the club and freddy could be serious... also i really want us to get another striker and try and keep freddy, i want him to believe that he is really wanted here at southend and then hopefully we will see him back to his best. to be honest we don't need the cash from his sale and so as RM says "we will only sell if the price is right"
