We should all be singing Simon's praises for this. Showing some loyalty, probably turned down more wages, and it's always nice to know when a good player is totally settled at our club.
With all the stuff going on behind the scenes, he could have easily said 'bugger this, I'm off.'

As mentioned before he definitely needs his own chant. (more stuff in a SF thread in Blue voice section) Remembering he is a confidence player how you would you feel with the below
· Herd has one
· Clark has one
· Barret has one
· Mildy has one
He is the only one of our defenders without a chant AND he plays in front of TBV , and its not like he is new to us

It's nice to see someone actually choose to stay here despite all the issues the club has. People can be cynical and say he had to say this, but he didn't have to talk to the Echo. Peterborough, despite the fact they're nailed on relegation favourites, undoubtedly have a brighter near future than us, yet he's decided he wants to stay here. Full credit.
