Oxford finishing second is a bold prediction, particularly as they've lost Roofe and O'Dowda. Otherwise looks a decent prediction, they got three of the bottom four right last season.

Can't see Oxford in 2nd, I think it's between Sheff Utd, Millwall and Charlton for the two automatic spots.

Chesterfield will get relegated, Port Vale will not.

Peterborough won't make the playoffs, Bristol and Shrewsbury will be a bit lower than 8 & 11, Bradford and Northampton a fair bit higher than 16 & 17.

Agree with Swindon & Oldham going down, but I think it'll be Chesterfield and Wimbledon joining them.

Not sure about winning it but Millwall must be a good bet for promotion. My choice for relegation would be Bury (off field problems), Oldham and Chesterfield.

Bolton could be very interesting will they do a Wigan or a Blackpool.

Looking at L1 over the last 5/6 seasons some bigger clubs have bounced straight back up after coming down, but smaller clubs have only gone up if they have continued momentum after promotion from L2.

Once a Smaller club (like us) finishes in the bottom half they usually go down at some stage. I think Sheffield Wednesday finished about 15th one year and went up the next. Obviously they achieved that because of their size.

So, the stats say we are far more likely to go down than up because of who we are and where we finished. But stats never tell the whole story.

I have to say that as far as yearly predictions go these look pretty terrible on paper. Strongly disagree with a fair amount of that league table but the proof will be in the pudding....

Oxford will be up there but not auto.

Bradford prediction is an absolute joke, they will be in the top 6. Shrews I would have to go down.

When we went down in 2009/10 they had predicted us to win League 1.

They probably didn't know we'd adopt a novel 'not paying the players' tactic for most of the year, to be fair to them.

I'm going to stick my neck out here, Barnablue-style, and say that I fancy Charlton and Sheffield United for the promotion spots this year. Sheffield United in particular, I think finally this year will be the one where they go up.

I would disagree with quite a few of their assumptions, firstly I would see Charlton as one of the leading contenders for the title, and also MK should get to the playoffs at least., cannot see how Bristol Rovers or Oxford will finish top half, also see Shewsbury struggling, and Bradford will surely be promotion candidates - not why they have placed them 17th? I'd also be disappointed if we don't finish in the top 8 or at least pushing for playoffs
