I despise Tilson for letting "Nicolua" and Broughton go, they were always going to come good. And you could always tell that that Conlon had something about him too. As for Paynter, they never gave him a chance.
Don't even get me started on Constantine. He only wanted a fair pay packet to suit his talents. Why we couldn't push the boat out for £90k a week is beyond me. Honestly, do we not want success?
