Not sure, but was 8 consecutive wins in 2005/06 our best ever? Only kept 1 clean sheet in that run

4 straight wins with clean sheets in 2011/12.

1967/68 had 6 consecutive clean sheets, but that included 2 0-0s.

4 straight wins with clean sheets in 1937/38, including two cup games.

5 consecutive clean sheets in 1931/32, but that included 3 0-0s.

According to www.sufcdb.co.uk 5 consecutive wins without conceding is our best run EVER.

Looks as though our longest ever run without conceding is 6 games in a row, which we could beat on Tuesday night.

Both our teams have great defences. We have won our last 7 away and conceded just one.Last 6 away all clean sheets. Our home record not bad either.Just hope we can keep our loan keeper next season. He has made a big difference since he joined in January.

Two strong defences with a great goalkeeper.

Knowing how football works, It'll probably be a 3-3 draw!

Although obviously a win is best i think a draw will suit us better than yourselves.Think it is a must win for you.Whatever the result,i think we will both be in L1 next season (obviously,if one of us are promoted automatic).

IMO it would only be a "must win" game if a loss would make it mathematically impossible to go up automatically. That isn't the case, therefore it is not a "must win" game. It is however important not to lose (even though a loss would still not rule us out completely), and a win would obviously be the best result.

A loss or a draw would mean we would need both Bury and Wycombe to slip up in their last two games, a win would mean we only need Wycombe to slip up. So, yes, a win would be the best result, but it isn't a "must win" game.

we know that your mathematically correct, but can you really see us loosing and seeing getting third? Bury and Wycombe must then both get 1 point from 6, and we would need to win both our games . I would love to see the odds a bookie would give on that

As I said, a win would be the best result, but should we lose tomorrow night I won't be throwing in the towel because it would still be possible to go up automatically. For that reason, and (as I said in my other post) IMO, that means it isn't a "must win" game, although a win is obviously the best result.

Don't also forget, even if we win tomorrow night we still need Wycombe to slip up, which may or may not happen. That IMO makes it even less of a "must win" game as it might count for nothing in the end.
