First XI
General consensus is that Fred is off in January and will surely be missed.
Flahavan has excelled himself again last night and must surely also be a big money target now.
In my opinion great keepers are as hard to come by as strikers, so who would we miss the most?
The bloke that puts them in at one end or the fella that stops them at the other?

Well, he hasn't been stopping them much this season but that's not entirely down to Darryl Flahavan alone! However he has demonstrated many times that he has quality between the sticks as well as one or two occasions of madness, although even the best keepers in the world have been prone to the odd moment of madness. (Sit down, David James! I'm not referring to you!)

On the other sie of the coin, Freddy Eastwood might be our top scorer at the moment and, as demonstrated against Southampton most recently, he can score some wonderful goals. But is he being found out at the moment? Is the opposition realising that all they have to do is stop Eastwood and the game is more or less won? Or is he mind elsewhere? Who knows ...

Tough one to be honest. I'd say Flavs has been better for us so far this season, but should they both leave I think we'd find it easier to get a decent keper than a decent forward.

Oh my god NOOOOOOOOoooooooooooo

I'm sorry but the Purists on here will not like a Favs Vs Fred

I'm sorry but the correct Poll should have been

Bart Vs Flavs

Where are the Mods...they should be policing this thread.

Rather hard to say IMO because if we lost flavs it would be cheaper and easier to get a replacement whilst if we lost fred then its costs alot more to get a proven goalscorer in

Flavs is the best keeper I have ever had the joy to watch. The saves the blokes makes are second to none. One last night from a header from Mido was AMAZING.

If he stay up this season he is the main reason. My hero.

I'm not saying 'who's the better player' moreover who'll we'll miss the most.

If I'd wanted a best player poll then surely that would have been Riera v Collis.

Got to agree DtS, i was someone that up until 3 seasons ago had my concerns about Flavs. However he has come so far that he is fast becoming the new Paul Sansome and i dont use that comparison lightly as in my time i rated Sammy as our best keeper. If Flavs continues his fine form then maybe he could over take Sammy?

Freddy.

Flahavan is superb but natural goal scoring of Freddys is far harder to find.

Collis could stand in for Flahavan well enough, who could stand in for Freddy ?
