Fixtures out today

Surprised a thread hasn't started on this subject. Tomorrow we can all map out our lies for the next 10 months.
WHo do we want 1st day of the season, boxing day Easter etc.

I hope 1st game isn't a local Derby. Give us someone like Carlisle or Hereford. Its virtually certain it will be a home game 1st up.

Next season will see more local games with Colchester, Peterbrough and MK Dons joining the Division. Plus of course there are Leeds and Leicester in our Division.
I hope for Boxing Day we have Orient. Never seem to play them during the Holiday season. 1st away game should be COlu so we can fill their new Stadium for them.

A nice winnable game at home is always a good start, agree with the Col U statement, play them at Cuckoo Farm and inflict their first defeat in the new gaff ala' Millwall and the New Den, hope Sky televise it just to show the nation, we are due a win on Sky.

I don't mind really. I'd prefer to be away on the opening day as i am holiday and therefore can't make it but i think its a given we'll be at home. Colchester away on boxing day for me, as i'll be in suffolk and its an easier journey the day after Christmas and i'd like to finish at home to Leicester, enabling the players and fans to celebrate promotion together.

I dont really mind who we have because if we're going to have a successful season we have to lose it anyway !!!! I'd prefer it not to be Col U or Orient because i'd actually like to beat them this year....

Just remember gang that we cannot , for legal reasons, re-produce the fixtures list on this site. We are only allowed to post sigificant games such as the first and last games of the season, matches against local rivals and holiday period games.

Unfortunately if anyone posts a list of games we will have to delete it to stop us getting sued for breach of copyright.

Don't they still do that thing where the club can nominate a fans' site and that site can publish the fixtures for a nominal £1. Anyone asked them ?
