Fifa 2009 Demo

For any Fifa players out there the demo is now out for download on PS3, not sure if the Xbox 360 has released it yet, am downloading it now. This years Fifa looks amazing and I can't wait to play it.

Just had a quick game. Seems much improved, FIFA really does progress each year. It's still more rigid then PES but that'll never change as that's the way some people like it, they've had success that way. Hopefully PES will be back to its best.

Not a lot of changes but I like what is different, good to see they've finally put a referee and lino on it.

The tackles are much more realistic (especially when you take someone out)

Yeah the changes they have made are very good ones, I look forward to the game coming out.

Also like when you make a sub you can see the guy who's coming on applauding and shaking hands with the guy coming off.

I'm still yet to score a goal in normal play first to games went to pens then got assaulted in the box and tucked away then pen.

Also like the way you can control how the player celebrates after a goal.

Can't wait till it comes out.

Looks f***ing excellent. Rooney looks really tall in the beginning and I first thought he was Ronaldo :D

Not really a fifa man, but I am downloading as I type. Of what I hear from you guys on here, it sounds like the Euro 2008 game which was good.

Damn, PES were rumoured to be getting their demo out today as well but that doesn't look likely to happen.

I'm a massive PES fan but even I'm not blinkered enough to defend 2008, the 2009 version has apparently addressed a lot of these issues, just hope online is finally decent as well. they also have the Champions League license. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WRCAa9eu-s8

Im a PES man through and through - and delighted to see the Champions League license added. Really hope they sort out the online play this year - was not impressed with 2008, and didn't play it as much as I usually would each other year (Football Manager got a lot of playing time as a result this year!).

Looking forward to the release date - not too long to go now

Just played my first match and imo, it is QUALITY! The gameplay is great, the tackling is great, the arena is great, and I also like the way you can control the player after you have scored and do a celebration! I'm sure there will be plenty of them to come in the proper game! Can't wait til release day!
