The Business
No disrespect to Tomlin but he is never going to score a lot of goals. FFS please can we have Freddy on Saturday. He is fit and lets be honest he is the only forward we have that can make something out of nothing.

He only just got back onto the bench, if he'd come on it would have been if we were 3-0 up with 10 minutes to go just to see how close he is to fitness, anyway Britt and Tomlin seem to be working well together so I don't see the problem, take Tomlin away and we're left without any pace at the front.

Agree we need Freddy back asap. If, as is stated on another thread, he is fit then why didnt he at least come on for the last 10 yesterday especially as we were chasing the game. Another strange decision which makes no sense to us fans.

I like the theory, we play a team there kicking us, injuring us and we call for our "saviour" who is not overly fit and probably would end up with the same fate as Smith and Phillips. Makes no sense to me!!

Tomlin may not be a threat up front but his contribution to our general play has contributed to 4 wins in a row.

I do agree I want Freddy up front with Assombalonga but also dont want to rush him back and have him out for another 4 weeks either.

Freddy said he was fit end of last season when he wasnt so not basing anything on what he and his dad said.

No guarantee that Freddy would get the same chances that Tomlin has but I agree his wasteful finishing will cost us against the better teams as it did last night. I would agree with Jam Man though that Tomlin's all round game is very good and he has a good relationship with Britt.
The lack of bite and muscle in the centre of midfield is more of a concern to me.

Yeah, agree with that. We need a Mark Bentley or a Stuart Thurgood to ruffle some feathers.
