Who do you think we should have. They both play in the same position and if we sold Ferdy the money would come in handy. So I would say Kalala.

Im not usually one to go ott after seeing one performance but I genuinely thought Kalalalalalalalala was outstanding, he stopped the oppo playing with some great tackling etc, then used the ball very well, if the price is right its a simple choice we need the dosh and have a replacement for kane

Think people are forgetting though that Grant may well be sold if the rumours are true. If this is the case we need to keep Kane AND sign Kalala, no doubt about it. Without Grant and with N'Diaye struggling we only have Sawyer/Ferdinand/N'Diaye with Kalala hopefully to join. If we were playing a midfield 3 you'd probably have to go for Kalala/Ferdinand/Sawyer in there (with Kalala holding and Sawyer/Ferdinand just in front). In a 4-4-2 I would think Kalala and Ferdinand would have a good chance of both starting should Grant leave. In my view Kane doesn't have the ability to just play the holding role, he can also play as a regular central midfield player.

The bottom line is if we allow Grant AND Ferdinand to leave we'd need to sign not just Kalala but another central player too or we're going to be struggling for numbers in terms of 4-3-3 - we would basically be limited to 4-4-2. Personally I don't feel any of the young central midfielders who have come through the ranks are ready for regular first-team football just yet in L2.

AD is spot on!

Have to agree with all of AD's comments. It is almost inevitable that Grant will move to a Championship club because RM will see the pound signs and the player deserves it on the basis that he didn't jump ship when everyone else was leaving the club in the dark times. Kalala does look a good player and would be a reasonable replacement for Grant - my only slight concern is that he will not be as creative in being able to open up the oppositions defence but he will definitley be an asset in breaking down their attacks. Overall Kalala will be a good buy!!

I agree that if Grant and Ferdinand both go then we will need Kalala and another central midfielder but if only Ferdinand was to go then we would only need Kalala
