Yeah I need to get back on it, its hard after a couple of weeks of eating and drinking what I want! Saying that I feel OK though which is a positive.
 
Can I just say I did the juice thing for 15 days (5 a day plus coconut water) and lost over a stone. Since finishing that I've cut out 90% of my sugar and eating a lot more healthily and I can see and feel the difference. Thanks again for the original post.
 
It definitely seemed to suit you blokes better, all it gave me was a few pounds weight loss and a flippin' upset stomach! :sad:
