Just because, with 40 minutes left of the deadline, it looks like we won't sign anyone it does NOT mean that we will have to struggle through the season with our wafer thin squad.

In a weeks time we can sign on loan again and so we can get people in as and when.

I am just absolutely amazed that we are sustaining our momentum when all around seem to be hitting the buffers. The only ones who aren't are Col U, and with their fixture pile up surely they cannot keep winning. If they can, then IMHO they deserve to win the league because that will be a phenomenal feat.

So lets not have a whole series of doom and gloom tomorrow. The future's bright. No worries.

we are blessed with a small squad, but one of outstanding quality.

the signing of sodje was a surprise, yet so far a masterstroke.

granted a big name striker would have been awesome to help fredy. as goater isn't what he used to be, lawson still learning his trade, and gray isn't the world's most prolific striker (but you can't question his work rate).

but i am not disappointed (apart from the JCR farce).
